Shipping policy

At Belle, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly so you can enjoy your products as soon as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed.

  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional sales.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard and, where available, expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Estimated transit times will be provided during checkout but are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any eligibility criteria will be outlined in the promotional details.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

 

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Belle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us at orders@joinbelle.com immediately. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hoursfor tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Belle is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once your package has been handed over to the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at orders@joinbelle.com and we will assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier.

 

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the damage, and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will review your claim in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
