Refund policy
We want you to love your Belle products—but due to the nature of skincare and ingestible wellness items, we have a strict policy on returns and refunds to ensure product integrity and safety for all customers.
Final Sale Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following product categories are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Hydration sticks or other consumables
- Promotional, discounted, or bundled items
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@joinbelle.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change, contact us at orders@joinbelle.com as quickly as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While Belle is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped, we’re happy to help you initiate a claim with the carrier and track your delivery whenever possible.
